Syeda A. Mikolajczyk

Syeda A. Mikolajczyk passed away at 8pm on December 10, 2022 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

She was born on January 15, 1954. Syeda was a registered nurse for 20 years at the State Hospital in Toledo, Ohio. She was a widow twice. Syeda moved to Peru in 1998 where she lived with her third husband, Jeff, who passed away. She then moved to Eastwood Place in Peru. Syeda met David Sheasley, who later became her fiance and care giver for 7 years. They were the love of eachothers lives. With her last breath, she told David that she loved him. He will cherish that memory for a lifetime.

Syeda is survived by David, her 95 year old mother who lives in Michigan, a sister-in-law, Laura (Mike), 2 nephews, 5 nieces, David’s five children who she truly loved; Bill, Rita, Barbara, Beth, Pamy, and a son, Syed, which she hadn’t seen in over 30 years.
