Robert Joseph Cleveland, 73, of Peru, Indiana went to Heaven on Thursday, November 10, 2022 while at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Bob will be remembered with love by family, friends and coworkers, and he will be remembered for his love of life.
Bob treasured driving the roads of our beautiful country, never thinking of his job as work.
Most of all, Bob loved his family and being a husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and great-grandfather.
Bob was a member of the Elks, Moose and Maennerchor for many years.
He was also a member of Chili Baptist Church.
Bob is survived by his wife of nearly 47 years, Marilyn Cleveland.
He is also survived by his stepfather, Lowell Berryman and sister, Sharon (Dallas) Day.
Also surviving are his children, Scott (Linda) Jackson of Fort Wayne, Teri Jackson-Butler of Peru, Bobby (Amy) Cleveland of Oklahoma and Jimmy (Casi) Cleveland of Oklahoma.
Survivors also include his eight grandchildren, Blake Jackson, Brandtly Jackson, Braxton Butler, Robert Joseph Cleveland III, Madison Burk, Skylar Cleveland, Lincoln Cleveland and Piper Cleveland.
Bob is survived as well by two great-grandchildren, Berkeley Jackson and Madden Burk.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Jerry Cleveland and Violet Berryman.
Visitation will be held Monday, November 14, 2022 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana.
A memorial service will immediately follow.
No graveside service is being held.
