Margaret L. (Ross) Sturch

Margaret L. Sturch, 86, of Peru, passed away at 12:55am on Sunday, January 5, 2020.

She was born on March 1, 1933 in Bald Knob, Arkansas to William R. and Edna M. (McAdams) Ross.  Prior to retirement, she was self-employed, owning and operating Personal Maintenance Company.  She attended the Peru Church of the Brethren, and was a member of the American Business Women’s Association.

She is survived by her children: William K. Sturch (Julie) of Peru, Bruce L. Sturch (Susan) of Colorado, Michael D. Sturch (Carla) of Peru, Brenda L. Linkenhoker (Bruce) of Peru, and David L. Sturch (Siobhan) of Indianapolis.  Also surviving are 10 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Maurice Headley and Opie Siler, and sister Ernestine Headley.

Visitation will be held from 4pm – 7pm on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana.  Funeral service will be held at 11am on Friday, January 10, 2020 at the funeral home, with Adam Linkenhoker officiating.  Burial will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery in Peru, Indiana.
