William "Bill" Kelly Johnson

William (Bill) K Johnson, age 86, passed away peacefully on Tuesday July 11, 2023 at Dukes Memorial Hospital. He was born August 18th, 1936, in Tennessee to Paris and Josephine (Thomison) Johnson. He married Pattie (Gambrell) Johnson, she survives.

 He proudly served our country in the United States Air Force.

Bill enjoyed watching sports, especially Baseball. His favorite baseball team was the New York Yankees. He was a hardworking and an honest man that would give his shirt off his back to anyone. One thing he was the proudest of were his 3 sons.

In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by his children Jeff (Christina) Johnson of Peru, Kevin (Amiee) Johnson of Kokomo and Josh Johnson of Peru. Bill had 8 grandchildren: Curtis, Thomas, Makenna, Kamren, Taylor, Izaac, Jayvier and Olivia.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents Paris and Josephine.

Bill’s family wanted to give a special, heartfelt thanks to Hickory Creek and Dukes Memorial Hospital for their gentle and loving care.

Per Bills wishes there will be no visitation or service.
