Travis Dean Bowyer

Travis Dean Bowyer, 26, of Goshen, Indiana passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Goshen Hospital.

Travis was born on November 10, 1990 to John Bowyer and Dusty Arwood. He attended North Miami Jr/Sr. High School. He lived in Goshen Indiana, here he worked at Key Stone RV. Travis and Cari Roberts were blessed with a son, Raylen Dean Bowyer. He was a loving devoted father, and loved working on motorcycles and cars with his son. Travis taught him all about wheelies and burn outs. Travis was a devoted son and loyal friend. He was always willing to help anyone. He was a hard worker and loved having fun and spending time with family and friends. Travis was uplifting, supportive, and caring. He had a love for fast cars, motorcycles, and loud music. Travis was always on the go and lived life to the fullest. He truly lived in the moment. He had a magnetic personality and was the life of the party.

Travis is survived by his son Raylen Dean Bowyer; mother Dusty Arwood, of Milford; father John Bowyer (Amber Bowyer) of Peru; sister Brittany Bowyer of Lafayette; brother Johnny Bowyer of Peru; sister Brandy Bowyer of Peru; and step siblings Blake Ray, Jade, Rayven, Devin, Storm Crossland. Travis is also survived by his great grandparents Rollie and Jean Douglas of Peru; grandparents Susan Helton and Jim Arwood; and also by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Lemoine and Deema Ann Bowyer, and aunt Donna Bowyer, aunt Sharon Swick.

Visitation will be held at the Miami County Fairgound from 12:00 pm at 7:00 pm on Friday, May 26, 2017. Funeral service will follow at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made as a love offering to the family thru Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home.
