Thomas Prentis Kelsor, 66, of Peru, IN went to his eternal home on Saturday, January 25, 2020.
He was born in Scottsville, Kentucky on June 25, 1953 to Dorothy Dunn and Thomas Kelsor Sr. He graduated from Nutall High School. Thomas moved to Indiana in 1976. Thomas loved the outdoors and worked for the Peru Parks Dept. until he retired in 2011.
Thomas enjoyed fishing, participating in car shows, hunting, riding motorcycles and attending church. He loved football and the Indianapolis Colts was his favorite team.
Surviving family include significant other, T. Maxine Clark, daughters: Penny Archer (Terrance), Anna Williams, Kendra Morecraft (Robert); son, Paul Clark (Sandra). Two sons preceded him in death: David Williams and Billy Williams. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Trevon Archer, Tiana Archer, D’Andre Williams, Avriel Williams, Adelynn Williams, Ethan Miller, Madison Miller, Molly Morecraft, Sofie Moorecraft, Emma Morecraft and Max Morecraft.
Surviving siblings are: Carolyn Bailey, Fredrick Kelsor (Freida), Jimmy Kelsor (Sheila), J.E. Kelsor, Vernon Kelsor (Nichele), Pamela Riddle (Larry), Richard Dunn (Shannon) and Gregory Garnett (Malary). He was preceded in death by both parents, sisters Shirley White, Lamotla Stephenson, Vanessa Edmonds, Gloria Harper, and Timothy Edmonds.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate monetary donations to assist with funeral expenses.
Viewing will be held from 11am-1pm on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana. Funeral Services will immediately follow, with Pastor Marie Parsons Thompson officiating. Burial will follow at Plainview Cemetery, Macy.
