Stephanie Lynn Blake, 69, of Peru, Indiana passed away September 17, 2023 at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
She was born December 5, 1953 in New Hampshire to Frederick Dobson and Donna Fisher.
She is survived by her sons David and Donald Blake. She had 6 grandchildren; Aaron, Jared, Lauren, Evan, Cheyene, and Brantley, and 2 great grandchildren; Jackson and Ivan.
The family held a private celebration of life.
