Sherry Bohn Obituary

Sherry Ann (Miller) Bohn passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, November 8th, 2020. She has gone to be with her Lord and Savior after fighting an illness for 2 1/2 years.

She was born in Lexington, Kentucky on February 7, 1956 to Mary Alice and Wilburn Miller. On December 8, 1979, she married the love of her life, Billy Bohn, and he survives. She retired from the BMV after 29 years of service, where she worked as a devoted license branch manager. She enjoyed bowling, shopping, and collecting antiques. She also enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and friends.

She is survived by her husband of 41 years, her children Russell (Kaylee) and Richard Bohn. Also surviving are her 3 grandchildren Jayden, Emersyn, and Nolan Bohn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her mother, father and two sisters, Gladys Caisson and Ina Jean Weisenberger.

Visitation will be held from 10am-12pm on Friday, November 13, 2020, at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana. Funeral service will follow at 12pm, with Father Adam Mauman officiating.  Graveside service will follow at St. Charles Catholic Cemetery. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, attendance is not expected. Cards and flowers may be sent to the funeral home.
