Robert "Bob" Gene Gamble

Robert Gamble, 86, of Peru, passed away March 30, 2026 at Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru.

Bob was born March 10, 1940 to Ed and Vida (Clemons) Gamble in Silver Point, Tennessee. He moved to Peru with his family around 1948. Bob married Ruby (Walsh) in Peru in 1985, who survives. He had 6 children by other relationships; Robert, Joseph and Cora Hiles, all from Peru. Michael Gamble from Warsaw, and Paige McKnight from Peru. His parents and 8 siblings preceded him in death. Robert will be missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
