Randy Dee Rose, 60, of Peru passed peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on April 28, 2026.
He was born on November 25, 1965, in Peru, Indiana to Arthur D. and Judy Rose.
Randy graduated from Peru High School in 1984. He proudly worked at Ford Meter Box for 32 years as a toolmaker and assistant supervisor.
He was known for his dance moves, love of music, contagious personality and smile. He loved the Lord, his Harley, his hot rod, being outside, his bulldog, Sturgis, but most of all his wife, girls, bonus son, and grandchildren.
Randy is survived by his loving wife of 38 years Lisa (Graham) Rose, children; Laken (Sam) Weitzel, Shelby (Tyler) French, Hannah (Tyler) Linn, Riley (Lexi) Rose, 11 grandchildren; Breckan, Brooks, Ledger, and Layton Weitzel, Porter, Stella and Tucker French, Everly and River Linn, and Mayleen and Ryder Rose. He is also survived by his parents, Arthur and Judy Rose of Bunker Hill, two brothers, mother-in-law, Patricia Graham of Mexico and many other family members.
Randy is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents, his niece, Katie Cole, nephew, D.J. Rose, and his father-in-law, Smedley Graham.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 4, 2026 from 3:00pm-7:00pm at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 11:00am with Pastor Mandy Nellans officiating. Burial will take place at Greenlawn Cemetery in Mexico, Indiana.
Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Career Center (please include "Memorial for Randy Rose" in the memo line). All donations will be collected and presented to the Machining Program at Heartland Career Center in memory of Randy.
