Penny L. Cook

Penny L. Cook, 61, of Tipton, Indiana passed away on Sunday October 5th, 2025 in Peru, Indiana.

She was born on July 4th, 1964 in Peru, Indiana to Paul and Verna (Lytle) Cook. Penny is survived by her son, Anthony Cook (Windfall, IN), her sisters; Nora Cook (Tipton, IN), Patricia Heinemann (Florida), Ann Duncan (Timothy) of Peru, and a brother, Paul Cook (Peru, IN).

Penny is preceded in death by her brothers, Verne Cook and Carl Cook along with her parents.

Penny graduated from Maconaquah High School and was an avid softball watcher. Penny also was a member of the First Christian Church in Peru, Indiana.

A visitation will be held at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru Indiana on October 9th, 2025 from 4:00P.M to 6:00 P.M. A service will follow at 6:00 P.M with Pastor Matt Myers officiating.
