Paula McKinney

Paula McKinney went to be with her Heavenly Father at 7:35pm on Wednesday, June 3, 2020.  Paula was the fourth child of William (Frank) and Mary Pauline McKinney.

She is survived by her children Maryann (Mike) Farnham, Kristie Hoffarth of Peru, and Michael (Sandra) Hoffarth of Rochester; and grandchildren Bella and Delaney Farnham,  Zac and Kailey Hoffarth, and Chloe Hoffarth; as well as cousins Michelle Siegfried, Cathy (Clarence) McDougle, Jeanne (Sam) Gardner, and Loretta (Mike) Simpson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Paul George Hoffarth.

Paula wanted to thank everyone who said prayers and sent love during her battle with cancer.

Paula loved being with her family and friends, and she lived for taking care of others.  She loved her grandbabies.  Nanie loved taking all of the kids to Maconaquah Park – “the big park” – to play in the creek.  The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Peru Parks Department to create a memorial to never forget our Nanie.

A celebration of life will be held from 2pm – 4pm on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana.
