Mossie Hendrix

Mossie Hendrix passed away Friday, April 1, 2022 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

She was born June 6, 1933 in Big Rock, Kentucky. Mossie married Dewey Hendrix on August 11, 1951. She relocated to Peru, Indiana in 1963 and resided there until death. Mossie worked at McLaughns, Husky Harlan, and Kuepper Favor.

Mossie is survived in life by her sons; Dewey R. Hendrix and wife, Sandy, of Marshall, Missouri, Gary Michael Hendrix and wife, Lisa, of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, grandchildren, Shalon Hendrix of Peru, Robbie Hendrix of Greentown, Zachary Hendrix of Marshall, Missouri, Amber Childers of Peru, great-grandchildren, Darren Hendrix of Wabash, Carlie Reynolds of Georgia, Aarin Hendrix of Marshall, Missouri, Graycee Hendrix of Marshall, Missouri, Paige Marie Niederkohr of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, Nick Childers, Samual Childers, and Peyton Hartleroad all of Peru.

There will be a private family service held at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 6, 2022 at 11am with Pastor Tony Winter officiating.
