Milagros (Milly) Sholty, 87 of Peru, Indiana passed away Sunday March 19, 2017 in Kokomo, Indiana.

Milly was born to Eugenio Delos Santos and Delores Escobar in Santa Margarita Samar, Philippines on October 28, 1929

She married John R Sholty on September 10, 1958 in Subic Bay, Philippines. Throughout their 41 years of marriage they traveled to many place in the US and the Philippines.

Milly was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, a son Arturo Delos Santos, a grandson David Fanchi, a brother Joseph Delos Santos and a sister Auroia Carles

Milly is survived by two sisters, Virginia Cipriano of San Franciso, CA, Betty Albright of Phillipsburg, KS. Two Daughters; Puriza Warywooda of Riverview, FL. Mila Delos Santos of San Diego CA. Three sons, John R Sholty Jr (Barbara) of Victorville, CA, Michael Sholty of Fort Worth TX, Glenn Sholty (Melissa) of Kokomo, IN. Ten grandchildren; Sheila Mae(Allen) Almirol, Heintjie (Lynette) Delos Santos, Christina (Joe) Carreno all of CA. Melissa Fanchi, Diana Fanchi of FL. Bayley Sholty of CA, Michael Sholty (Vanessa) of CA, John B Sholty (Elsa) of CO, Brianne (Warren English-Malone) Sholty, Zach (Alex Robertson) Sholty all of IN.

Fourteen Great Grandchildren; Kenyon Sholty, Karizma & Kamea English-Malone. David & Devon Allen, Tairah & Leilani Delos Santos, Tiffany & Joseph Carreno. John David, Cole & Ashton Fanchi. Ava Fanchi. Jaylen Sholty.

A memorial service will be held at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana on Saturday, March 25th, 2017 at 10:00 AM with Pastor Virgil Barker officiating. Friends may call from 9:00 AM til 10:00 AM. Memorials may be made to the Peru VFW Women’s Auxiliary.
