Mary K. (Rose) Behny

Mary K. Behny, age 94, of Peru, Indiana, went to be with her Lord on April 8th, 2025.

Mary was born April 25, 1930 in Portageville, Missouri, to Burr and Ethel Rose.

On September 25, 1959, she married Donald G. Behny, who has awaited her arrival in Heaven, with great granddaughter GraceLynn Rae Hall, brothers Raymond Rose, Buddy and Joyce Rose, brother in law Truman Jent and step son Allen Behny.

Mary worked at Redmans and worked in Home Health Care, until her retirement.

Surviving family members are two sons, Jack Rose and Bill Behny, both of Peru, one daughter, Dawn (Ray) Hoagland of Peru, two step-sons, Ronnie (Judy) Behny of Deedsville, In.Vern Behny of Leesburg, In. and Diane Behny of Wheat Ridge, Co. Brothers, Orlen (Phyllis) Rose of Washington, Art (Judy) Rose of Bunker Hill, In. One sister, Lucille Jent of Kentucky, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
