Marvin L. Trueblood, 74, of Peru, passed away at 6pm on Thursday, October 22, 2020 at Miller’s Merry Manor.
He was born in Peru on May 9, 1946 to William Edward and Mabel Irene (Overby) Trueblood. He married Barbara Dean (Sparks) on March 12, 1967, and she survives. Marvin retired from Gencorp as a press operator. He loved camping, Nascar, and riding motorcycles.
He is survived by his wife, as well as their children: Marnie (Jim) Radtke of Kokomo, Donna Trueblood of Kokomo, and Lee Trueblood of Kentucky; as well grandkids Mallarie (Brad) Robinson, Kyle (Kait) Radtke, Kirk Degunya, Krista (James) Leonard, Andrew Degunya, and Gavin Trueblood; and great-grandkids Zack, Jacob, Isaac, Luke and Rylan. Also surviving is a sister Dorothy See of Peru.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother William Trueblood, and sisters Rebecca Trueblood and Marjorie Trueblood.
Visitation will be held from 4pm – 7pm on Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana. Casual dress is encouraged.
