Marvin Lee Snow, age 62, of Peru, passed away on October 25, 2015 at home with his wife by his side. He was born on February 17, 1953 in Brazil, IN to Fred and Patricia (Neese) Snow. He married Nancy Wilson on July 18, 1975. She survives.
Marvin served in the U.S. Navy and was a retired truck driver. Above all, he was a devoted Christian and a long time patron of the Calvary Temple Baptist Church. Marvin was hardworking and he loved being outside. He was a dedicated father and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Marvin was preceded in death by his father Fred Snow. He is survived in death by his wife, Nancy, as well as his mother, Patricia. He is also survived by his children Marla (husband Rick) Parson, Roann, IN and Joshua (wife Katie) Snow, Walton, IN. Also, brother Dion Snow, Indianapolis, IN; sister Dorene (husband Ron) Bontrager Indianapolis, IN; and Fred (wife Tracy) Snow Brazil, IN. Also, grandchildren Abram Parson, Cale Parson, Madison Parson, Della Snow, and Mazie Snow.
Visitation will be 4-6pm Thursday, October 29, 2015 at the Calvary Temple Baptist Church located at 2908 W. 200 N., Peru, IN. The funeral will follow at 6pm same location. Pastor Kevin Palmer and Pastor Ron Bontrager will be officiating.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Denver Volunteer Fire Department.
