Julia (Sonafrank) Beenblossom

Julia Beenblossom, 86, of Peru, Indiana passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 9, 2025 at Aperion Estates.

She was born September 15, 1938 in Peru, Indiana to Joseph Sonafrank and Della Mary (Heibert) Sonafrank.

Julia enjoyed her life and she never knew a stranger as well.

She is survived by her daughter, Vonda (Brian) McLarren, Rockport, TX, Tyrone Sandwick (Theresa) Houston, TX, siblings, Kay Moore Lagrange, IN, Paul Sonafrank Columbia City, Jim (Connie) Sonafrank, Mary Fultz. Also several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Julia is preceded in death by her parents, three children; Cindy Markey, Kurt McInturff, Monty McInturff, sisters; Grace Bowman, Joan Wylam, brothers; Joseph Sonafrank, and Dave Sonafrank.

Memorial services will be Friday, March 14, 2025 at 12:30pm at Aperion Estates, 1200 Kitty Hawk, Peru with Pastor Chad Chris officiating.

The family would like to thank Jennifer Eastwood and staff at Aperion Estates in taking care of Julia to where she considered it home in her last five years.
