Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John A. Black of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Kokomo, Indiana, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Arthur Black and Elsie (Oldfather) Black; and his son Jimmy Ryan Black. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Hubbs; his children, Danette Black, Jon Michael Black, Troy Black and Kelcey Black; and his siblings, Sharon Barlett, Cathy Wainscott, and Richard Saylor.
A graveside service will take place on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 10:00am at Mount Hope Cemetery in Peru, Indiana. Military rites will be provided by Miami County Military Rites Team.
