Janice Irene (Craig) Martin

Janice Irene Martin, 67, of Peru, passed away at 2:01am on Wednesday, September 9, 2020 at Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru.

She was born in Huntington, Indiana on February 27, 1953 to Homer and Mildred (Stetzel) Craig.  She married Rodney Martin on October 24, 1971 in Roann, Indiana.  She loved spending time with her husband, her kids, and her grandkids.  She also loved to fish, play bingo, and she loved her dog.

She is survived by her husband, Rodney, her mother Mildred (Stetzel) Craig, and their children: Dale (Linda) Martin, Rodney (Tammy) Martin Jr., Janice Collins, Sheila Martin, and Becky (Larry) Snyder; as well as 22 grandchildren, and 22 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father Homer Craig, and a son Timothy Martin.

Visitation will be held from 4pm to 6pm on Friday, September 18, 2020 at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana. Funeral Service will follow at 6pm with Pastor: Jim Rairigh officiating.
