James "Jim" Victor Lambrecht

James “Jim” Victor Lambrecht, 60, of Peru passed away on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at Parkview Wabash Hospital.

He was born on October 5, 1964 at Grissom Air Force Base to Robert George and Mona Irene (Morrison) Lambrecht.  Jim married Lisa (Bowen) on June 29, 1996 and she survives.

Jim loved spending time with his family and his grandchildren. He enjoyed playing phone games and watching SWAT on tv.

He is survived by his wife, Lisa; sons:  Justin Riley Lambrecht (Sydney Hale), Devin Austin Lambrecht (Codi Nolen), and Levi James Lambrecht (Olivia Gutbrod) all of Peru, Indiana and grandchildren Ellorie and Reese. Also surviving are siblings Michael Lambrecht and Christine Higgins both of Mount Vernon, Indiana.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Loretta Bunting.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
