Glen "Gregg" Stephenson

Glen “Gregg” Stephenson, 80, of Peru, Indiana passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at his residence.

Gregg was born in Peru, Indiana on May 22, 1945 to Glen Harrison and Oma Louise (Shawhan) Stephenson. He attended Chili High School, but then graduated from North Miami High School. His graduating class was the second class to graduate from there. Gregg was a self-employed farmer and truck driver. He enjoyed shooting clay pigeons and spending time with friends. Gregg had a condo in Florida where he spent time enjoying the water and boating.

He is survived by his son, Aaron (Michelle) Piercy of Peru, Indiana; grandchildren: Jlynn Piercy and Evan Piercy of Peru, Indiana; and his sister Mary Kay Crawley of Indianapolis, Indiana.

Gregg was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2, 2025 from 11:00am-1:00pm at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana. A funeral service will follow at 1:00pm. Burial will take place at Chili Cemetery in Chili, Indiana.
