Dianna Jean (Rayment) Gordon

Dianna Jean Gordon, 81, of Peru, passed quietly into the eternal arms of Jesus with her family by her side on Tuesday, December 3, 2019.

Dianna was born in Beloit, WI on November 7, 1938 to Edna (Hart) Rayment and Earl Rayment. She moved to Indiana when she was a child, where her mom and step dad August Meuller owned and operated the Hilltop on old 31. She was a dedicated caregiver throughout her life. Her favorite job was to be mother to her three sons.

She married Maurice Gordon in 1979 (who preceded her in death on April 9, 2017) and became not only a wife, but a mother to three other children, whom she loved very much. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, watching TV and listening to her favorite hymns.

She was preceded in death by her husband, two sons Duane Tolley and Phillip Tolley, her mother and father, and a brother.

She is survived by her son Rick (Cindy) Tolley, Jeri (Dave) Casperson, Kurt (Denise) Gordon, Leighann (Bobby) Young, Kevin (Connie) Stewart, Rodney Stewart, Rick (Angie) Stewart, Jamie (Michele) Stewart, Kathy Tolley (widow of Phillip). She had 43 grandkids, 40 great-grandkids and 2 great-great-grandkids.

Visitation will be held from 10am - 12pm on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana.  Funeral service will follow at 12pm, with Pastor Bob Engle officiating. Burial will take place at Ever Rest Memorial Park Logansport.
