Dennis Lynn Fuerst, 64 of Jerauld County, South Dakota passed away Friday, February 9, 2024 at the heart and vascular hospital in Indianapolis Indiana.

He was born in Wessington Springs, South Dakota on December 16, 1959 to Balzer II Fuerst and Viola “Frier” Fuerst.

His most memorable moments as a child, would be helping his parents on the farm. Dennis loved riding on the tractors.

He worked in manufacturing for many years before retiring, and after retirement, Dennis enjoyed watching NASCAR every Sunday and family cookout at the reservoir while watching his family swim.  He attended Calvary church for a short period of time before his passing. Dennis had a soft spot for his children and grandchildren, as well as complete strangers.
