Cynthia D. (Smith) Greenwald

Cynthia D. Greenwald, 61, of Peru, passed away at 5:50pm on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.

She was born in St. Louis, Missouri on November 4, 1959 to Jack W. and Marilyn Carole (Johnston) Smith.  She married Kenneth Greenwald on June 5, 1982, and he survives.  A homemaker, Cynthia also held a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing.  She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth, and her siblings Christine Kittler, Donald (Angie) Smith, and Melissa (Mike) Larkin.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister Theresa Rose Smith.

A memorial service will be held at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home at a later date.  Burial will take place in St. Louis.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church.
