Craig "Webby" Webb Obituary

Craig G. Webb, 69, of Peru, Indiana passed away peacefully at 10:21pm on Friday, March 17, 2023 at Dukes Memorial Hospital in Peru, Indiana.

Craig was born in Dayton, Ohio on March 10, 1954 to Robert C. Webb and Carolyn Rose Webb (Disher). He graduated from Peru High School in 1972. He loved to golf and enjoyed watching football, especially Purdue games with friends and family. He was a member of the YMCA and Anytime Fitness for many years where he spent a lot of time working out. Craig worked for CMI in Wabash, Indiana and ACM in Kokomo, Indiana for many years. He was a determined man with a strong work ethic. His free-spirit created memories with family and friends to last a lifetime. Craig also loved jamming out to music whether at the gym or at home with his family.

His love for his family and friends was unconditional. He gave the worlds best hugs and his smile and laugh were contagious.

People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel. Craig was one of those people who left his mark on your soul. To say Craig will be missed by many is a vast understatement. He was one-of-a-kind and will forever hold a special place in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.

Craig is preceded in death by his parents.

In addition to his daughter, Sarah Webb, he is also survived by Billy and Kristen Taylor of Kokomo, Indiana, Cassandra Trent of Nashville,Tennessee, his grandchildren, Carson Raber and Landon Webb, along with Morgan and Mackenzie Taylor, companion, Cyndi Trent of Nashville, Indiana, two brothers; Randall Webb of Chalmers Indiana, Doug Webb of Mexico, Indiana, and sister, Renee (Dave) Kennedy of Roanoke, Indiana, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 24, 2023 from 2pm to 6pm at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana. The funeral service will follow at 6pm with Pastor Rod Correll officiating.

Love offerings may be given to the family to offset funeral expenses.
