Carolie Mae (Lenon) Feller

Carolie Mae (Lenon) Feller went home to be with her savior, Jesus, on Saturday, November 26, 2022, after a long battle with dementia. 

Carolie was born June 14, 1940, to Donald and Leona Lenon of Peru. She is survived by husband Larry, son Greg, daughter Juli, brother Larry (Nancy) Lenon, many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.   

Carolie graduated as the valedictorian from Butler Township School in 1958.  She married Larry Feller on April 13, 1963, being married just shy of 60 years.  Carolie was a music lover and was very artistic.  She loved to decorate, crochet, and was a fabulous piano player. In the later years, she was an avid visitor to Branson, Missouri and the Lawrence Welk Show.  She was also a member of Peoria Church for many years. 

Services for Carolie will be at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana on Friday, December 2, 2022.  Visitation starts at 1:00pm followed by the funeral service at 2:00pm.  There will be no graveside service. 

Memorial contributions can be made to Peoria Church, 5575 East 325 South, Peru, Indiana in Carolie’s name.
