Carla J. Cross

Carla J. Cross, 77, of Kokomo, Indiana (formerly of Peru, Indiana) passed away on Friday, April 17, 2026 at Kokomo Health Care Center.

She was born on October 15, 1948 in Huntington, Indiana to Charles M. and Alice Marie (Barnes) Cross. Carla was employed at Kmart in Wabash, Indiana. On July 5, 2014, she married Donald Blake.

Carla is survived by her husband, Donald, brothers: Joe Cross of South Carolina and Jack Cross of Delphi, Indiana, and a sister, Peggy Downey of Fortville, Indiana. Also surviving are cousins: Marla Stanford, Janet Bolock, and Sue Raider.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

There will be no public services. Interment will take place at I.O.O.F Cemetery in LaFontaine, Indiana.
