Carla Dale Clark

Carla Dale Clark, aka “Fuzzy”, 55, passed away on March 24, 2026 at 5:55am at IU University Hospital in Indianapolis, Indiana.

She was born on December 31, 1970 in Wabash, Indiana to Steven (Penny) Clark of Rochester, Indiana and Judith (Patrick) Siblisk of Peru, Indiana. Carla graduated from Peru High School in 1989 and Ivy Tech in Indianapolis. She began working at 211 Crisis Call Center in Indianapolis and later worked as a supervisor for the Military Benefit Department at Maximus. Carla loved her family and friends unconditionally. She was a fan of the Colts and Boilermakers. She liked to watch NASCAR and Hallmark movies with her cat Gretel.

She is survived by her parents, Steven (Penny) Clark and Judith (Patrick) Siblisk.  Also surviving are nieces: Jordan (Evan) Laudenschlager of Mexico, Indiana and Kyndale (Chandler) Alwine of Mexico, Indiana; nephews: Kyle (Victoria) Clark of Kokomo, Indiana and Ryan (Kirsten) Clark of Carmel, Indiana; great nieces and nephews: Tatum, Tegan, and Ty Laudenschlager and Maverick Alwine all of Mexico, Indiana and Orsan and Margaret Clark of Kokomo, Indiana; sisters-in-law: Joan (Steve) Herder of Bremen, Indiana and Jennifer (Mike) Poston of Mexico, Indiana; and uncles: Denny (Pam) Clark, Mark (Janette) Clark, Brian (Lori) Clark and Brad Clark.

Carla was preceded in death by her twin brothers, Kregg and Gregg Clark, and grandparents: Dale and Rose Clark and Carl and Juanita Gladden.

Visitation will be held on Monday, March 30, 2026 from 10:00am- 11:00am at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana. Graveside services will be held at 11:30am at Mount Hope Cemetery, 411 North Grant Street, Peru, Indiana with Stephen Sullivan officiating.
