Bobby Lilley Obituary

Bobby C. Lilley went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, 8 June 2013 at St. Vincent's Heart Center, Indianapolis, Indiana. Born on 24 October 1933, in Durant, Oklahoma, he was the son of Jerry Ollie and Iva Mable (Wilson) Lilley. Bob served in the USAF from 1952 - 1973, upon retiring he became a Miami County Deputy Sheriff and retired in 1994. He was married to Jane E. (Howard) Lilley since 1974. Bob enjoyed his time as a Boy Scout Leader and genealogy research. Bob is survived by his wife Jane, his daughter Laura Gray of Owasso, OK; and his sons Steven Lilley of Madison, AL; Dennis Lilley of Bangs, TX; Scott Lilley of Hillsboro, TX, Bobby Lilley Jr. of Peru, IN and Anthony Lilley of Los Angeles CA. He also has a surviving brother Lynwood Lilley of Durant, OK, and grandchildren Jeff Johnson of Stuttgart Germany, Sarah Lilley of Independence, KY, Jessica (Lilley) Sanchez of Stephensville, TX, Steven Lilley of Okinawa, Japan, Meagan (Gray) Arledge of Owasso, OK, Erick Lilley of Pasadena, TX, Brayden Lilley of Peru, IN, Adrian Lilley of Peru, IN, Andrew Lilley of Peru, IN, Camron Lilley of Los Angeles, CA,. Bob also had great grandchildren Ezra Cheyene Sanchez of Stephensville, TX, Brayden and Noah Darning of Independence, KY, Nolan Kelley, Jonah Guzman and Brady Johnson of Stuttgart, Germany and Grayson Arledge of Owasso, OK. Bob's was preceded in death by Mother and Father, sisters Hazel (Brady) Lilley and Irene (Carson) Lilley, and brother's JT Lilley, William (Pee Wee) Lilley, Kenneth Lilley, Dale Lilley and a grandson Alexander Lilley. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, June 12th from 2:00 - 7:00 pm at Flowers-Leedy Funeral home in Peru, IN. The Funeral will be held Thursday, June 13th at St. John's Lutheran Church at 10:00 A.M. Pastor Kenneth Greenwald will be officiating with a graveside service following at Enterprise Cemetery located in Miami County. Memorials may be made to St. John's Lutheran Church of Peru, and or Bobby C. Lilley family through Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home.
