Benjamin Cecil Back

Benjamin Cecil Back, 88, of Peru, Indiana passed away at 10:30 P.M., on Monday October 13, 2024, at The Waters of Peru. Born November 8 1936, in Breathitt County, Kentucky, the son of Columbus Back and Alsa Jane (Perkins) Back. Cecil was a WW II Army Veteran.

He is survived by a niece Della (Patrick) Fershee of Peru, nephews Sam Patrick and wife Wendy of Peru, Noel Patrick and wife Melody of Fort Worth, Texas along with several great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a half brother R.B. Patrick, a half sister Nella (Nellie) Patrick a nephew Odell Patrick, nieces Veronica Kay Patrick, Artie Jane (Patrick) Hicks Betty Sue (Patrick) Hicks a great nephew David R.B Hicks, great nieces Tonja Hicks, Patty (Hicks) Lawson and great great niece Nikki (Patrick) Banks.

Memorial service with military honors will be held on November 12, 2024 at 1pm for the family at Marion National Cemetary 1700 E 38th Street Marion, Indiana.
