Louise W. Parsons

Louise W. Parsons, 90, passed away at Blair Ridge Health Campus on October 3, 2017.

She was the daughter of Archie C. and Crystal D. Wills of Irvine, Kentucky. She was married to Myron Francis on August 22, 1953. He drowned in a boating accident on October 16, 1955. She married Wayne Beemer on January 10, 1959 and John Parsons on April 16, 1982.

Her siblings are Freeda Wills, Chicago, Illinois, Emma Lee Watson (James), Chicago, Illinois, Archie (Betsy) Wills, Kokomo, Indiana, Sherry Payne (Gary), Peru, Indiana and Terry (Linda) Wills, Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Step children are Joseph (Rose) Parsons, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, James (Anne) Parsons,

Madison, Alabama, and Janet Hortowitz, Chicago, Illinois. She has several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Louise held many positions in the Veteran’s Administration during her 37 years of service. Her employment included the veteran’s hospital in Lexington, Kentucky, branch office in Chicago, Illinois and the central office in Washington DC. She retired in 1982 as a management analyst in the department of medicine and surgery.

In keeping with her wishes, Louise will be put to rest in Washington D.C..
