Genevieve (Lowrey) Saltz

Genevieve Saltz, 83, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Aperion Health Care.

She was born in Lafarge, Wisconsin on October 14, 1936 to Everett and Iren (Campbell) Lowrey.  She married Richard D. Saltz on October 10, 1980, and he preceded her in death.  She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her children: Mike (Marcia) Schindler of Delavan, Wisconsin, David (Deann) Schindler of Eldon, Missouri, Mark Schindler of Black River Falls, Wisconsin, and Thomas Schindler of Adams, Wisconsin.  Also, brothers: Otto Lowrey of Wisconsin, Jerry Lowrey of California, and Ralph Lowrey of California; and sisters: Ethel Luno of Wisconsin, Betty Ricther of Illinois, and Opal Anderson of Wisconsin.  Also surviving are twelve grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and brothers Ray Lowrey and Larry Lowrey.

A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, 105 West Third Street, Peru, Indiana.  Burial will follow at Ever-Rest Memorial Park in Logansport, Indiana.
